Amol Kalsekar

Amol Kalsekar, in his current role, oversees Green and Healthy Building initiative in India. He is instrumental in creating awareness amongst key constituents of Building Construction industry on using electricity in safe and reliable manner by positioning copper as a sustainable and safe metal in Buildings. He represents ICA at different government & non govt bodies like Bureau of India Standards, Central Electricity Authority, Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing Association etc. defining the role of copper in building safety & sustainability.

Amol continues focus on putting sustained efforts towards educating authorities and public at large, on the importance of fire safety measures in buildings. He takes pride in taking the message “Copper for Safe & Reliable Electricity” to the building industry.

Amol holds a postgraduate degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA), focused on Marketing Management from University of Mumbai and a graduate degree in Economics from University of Mumbai.
