WHAT WE DO
By promoting this right to charge campaign, ICA India aims to encourage the widespread adoption of EVs by addressing one of the key challenges hindering the shift. India needs approximately 3.4 million public and private charging points by 2030 to support the estimated 40% electric vehicle sales share. ICA India, on this front, strives to play its part in creating an environment that supports the widespread adoption of EVs by ensuring easy access to charging infrastructure and making them efficient by highlighting the usage of copper in them. The organization works towards advocating for the rights of EV owners to access convenient and reliable charging facilities by raising awareness, providing technical expertise, and facilitating dialogue, ICA India is dedicated in its endeavors to work with the Indian state government and agencies to support the widespread adoption of EVs by ensuring easy access to charging infrastructure.
