Sensitizing all stakeholders about present challenges, using cutting edge technology and adopting best technical practices available across the globe would lay foundation for ‘Zero Tolerance‘ towards Electrical Accidents thereby ensuring attainment of sustainability goal in buildings. India is going to be the hub of “High Rise buildings’ in next two decades. Keeping this in view, International Copper Association India (ICA India) in association with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and with support of The Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI) is arranging 5^th technical session on Electrical Safety at Residential, Commercial & Public Buildings in Kolkata.

This workshop aims to address issues such as the importance of electrical safety, reliability, and sustainability aspects to be followed during electrical installations in buildings and the maintenance in accordance with latest standards, codes & regulations.
