Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE) and International Copper Association India (ICA India) with the support of India Electric Mobility Council (IEMC) are organising stakeholder consultation and launch of the whitepapers titled “Catalysing the Market Transformation of Electric 3-wheelers in India” and “Catalysing the Market Transformation of Electric 2-wheelers in India – Insights from Consumers and Stakeholders”. The date and venue for the event is April 18, 2023 at Magnolia Hall, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi from 10:00 to 13:00.
The AEEE-ICA India whitepaper aims to facilitate the wide-scale adoption of Electric 2 and 3- wheelers and address the key barriers in their value chains. The whitepaper presents the current market trends, detailed perspective of consumers, examines the schemes and policies related to electric vehicles, highlights the key takeaways from the stakeholder sessions, and provides recommendations for Electric 2 and 3-wheeler adoption in India.
Along with the launch, there will be two panel discussions on “Market transformation of Electric 3- wheelers” and “Market transformation of Electric 2-wheelers” with the aim of facilitating further stakeholder engagement to tackle the barriers to Electric 2 and 3-wheeler adoption.
